      Real buttermilk, too.

        Almost perfect.

        Could use some slab bacon...

Syrup as dipping sauce? You must have taken "don't drown your food" to heart. (Of all the things to be teaching children, that one was the oddest.) I have always used the immersion/saturation method myself. But IHOP puts their pancakes on pancake sized round plates, so you can't do that without spilling. Clever.

          Education is extremely important.

No, it's just that the stack is inverted: syrup, pancake, pancake, pancake.

Bosch swears by it and I have to say, it is a superior method.

Edges look like the pancakes might be cooked in it.

Greek yoghurt? Preferably with no sugar and high in protein?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
