Think this dovetails with another current thread, but should stand on its own...

No need this is idiotic. RICO requires a lot of things, one of which is a series of predicate federal crimes. They list none, let alone any of the other elements they would need for a RICO case. Quite the opposite, most of what they complain about is clearly protected speech under the first amendment.

By the way if they had a valid claim they would have filed a civil case.

The only question in mind is who is the intended audience of this?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

You know, the older I get, I've started to notice things that used to be set in stone are now done according to Red Queen Rules. Maybe the amount of traction something like this gets is directly related to who is in the White House.

That’s entirely due to your immersion in MAGA victimhood culture.

But it’s false, like the orange idol.

Super Tuesday. If Trump has a lot of enthusiastic support, then there’s no path. If it looks like New Hampshire where Trump won, but the number of total voters was only up slightly over the 2016 AND the record number of unaffiliated voters showed up to vote against Trump? If you see similar results next month, then No-Labels and Manchin will be moving forward.
