Is it a lie or just bias?

Consider the following piece...
https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/24/politics/obamacare-enrollment-record/index.html
As you read through, you'll notice the Louisiana increase in Obamacare enrollment is cited. Here's what the author conveniently left out...
Governor Edwards took the Biden Medicaid Expansion money during COVID. That money has sunsetted. In the last few months, his office ran a MASSIVE campaign to get people to reapply for Medicaid if eligible, but if not, we have an Obamacare policy just for you! Billboards, tv ads, radio ads, print ads and ads on popular websites.
Considering a family of four with 400% of poverty income level (around $120,000, in 2024) can qualify for Obamacare, well, guess what happened?
What hasn't happened yet, is when all these people need to see a doctor. 1. You've got to find somebody to take it, and 2. You probably ain't seeing a doctor until you hit the ED doors.
Another thing not discussed is the level of increased funding for Obamacare through the Biden Inflation Reduction Act and other mechanisms. The Feds are throwing more money at Obamacare, instead of Medicaid, making Obamacare more affordable.
