Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

What do you think, @Jolly ?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Do you see any exception in there that’s based on immigration status?

I think so. Illegal immigrants should not have Constitutional rights.

As for somebody like our Dr. Phibes...Would he prefer a handgun, shotgun or rifle?

I remember an attorney who used to be here instructed me that the constitution says “The People” and not citizens.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

If that be the case, then anybody within the borders has the full rights of the Constitution. Due process, yes. All rights, no.

If so, then any MS 13 gangbanger that wades the Rio Grande is entitled to an AR-15 and a case of ammo.
