This has been SUCH a volatile season for transfers. Say, you don't think that NIL money has anything to do with it, do you?

      Naaaah. Couldn't be.

I heard an NFL Vet yesterday talking about how the last couple of rookie classes have been increasingly difficult for coaching staffs and older guys on the teams to coach up because A) the kids are coming in already with $$ and hundreds of thousands of followers on IG and TikTok and a transfer portal to leave whenever you like. They think they are pros without learning to be pros… And B) Thanks to the CBA, college training camps and practices are harder and more disciplined than the pros. Nick Saban could work and discipline players far harder than Tomlin is allowed.

And it should be the other way around.

Oh, training camp in the NFL is a mess and I think it contributes to injuries. Guys have to get in football shape and the only way to do that is in pads and full contact.

If you listened to 'scone's rant, he said Bama is throwing NIL money around, but still losing players. Thought that was interesting...
