Chevron deferrence needs to be either heavily restricted or done away with. It is the job of Congress to enact law, not regulatory agencies.

It's too radical, but Ramaswamy's proposal to cut all Federal agency personnel by 75% has some merit. Too many hobbits enforcing too many made-up rules.
