        How do you suppose she practices? Do you think she pops into Ely Cathedral and does her scales there? It's not likely she has a pipe organ at home.

          I'm sure she has an electronic one, albeit not as complicated. Maybe she can do some things at home.

          I knew a guy (he's now deceased) that was pretty good on the pipe organ. He split his practice time between the local Catholic cathedral and a Baptist college. Both had pretty decent pipe organs (actually, the college had two...the monster in the main auditorium and a much smaller one in a 200-seat chapel).

            She’s director of music at Pembroke College Cambridge so she probably has access to a decent instrument 😊
