The op-ed touts Cleveland, OH as a success story for turning around a dying downtown.

What do our resident Ohioans think about Cleveland these days?

Since I worked there in 2016 I have thought Cleveland was ripe for redevelopment. There are extensive neighborhoods close to downtown where the housing stock is not in bad shape and the area is not blighted. It's a great place to go in the warmer months.

Wait, how many times has Cleveland been revitalized? The Rock and Toll Hall of Fame opened in the 90’s. That was supposed to be part of the revitalization of Downtown Cleveland. Did it fall to crap again, and their trying to rehab again?

Cincinnati did this a couple decades ago and it has had immense benefits. Our riverfront is wonderful.
