Yup - I said that a while ago.

There's speculation that Hunter took the easy road (pleading guilty to a tax crime) so as to avoid disclosure of OTHER crimes that were revealed to the defense (China, Ukraine, influence peddling, implicating The Big Guy, etc).

"I did it to avoid trauma to my family."

No doubt.
