I mean they just walked in there and insulted everybody in the place. The manageability of the situation rests on the protestors being the only angry, unhinged people in the situation.

The protestors are simply “those people” to me. Every last one. Consequently those people’ are at liberty to read into whatever gender they’s people wish.

Yes, there was clearly prior interaction. I thought he was most polite to them. More than I would have been.
