The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Cool but can't use. I need to stay between 50-70 deg C and I need to use a tea basket for its versatility. (First two brews, drop the basket into the water, last three, pour hot water over the basket to fill up the pot.)

Remember, this is Chemistry. Degrees matter.

      Please love yourself.

You've got a kettle that does different temperatures, right? I found that was really incredibly useful (other family members may drink pretentious teas)

        I was only joking

          It’s rather beautiful

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The problem with all those gadgets is they start off looking beautiful, and they end up all covered in crud and gunky looking.

At least, that's what happens here.

            I was only joking

Yeah, it's great for me for green teas. (I couldn't care less about the flavor profile, I just want the chemicals.)

Good for coffee, too: dark roasts, 85C. Light roast, 93. That is admittedly a taste thing.

My wife uses it for bread-making, too. It's awesome for dealing with water and yeast.

              Please love yourself.

That's NOT what they should be used for.
