I'm looking into this for the HOA. Any thoughts?
The usage will probably be a few meetings per month for maybe 10-20 people.

Zoom is easier to use.

We use Go To Meeting for our business. It works well enough. I have used Zoom twice for a couple of virtual piano parties. It works well.
Really have no preference for either.

Of the two, i do not have a preference. The free Zoom give you I think 35 minutes per meeting. Paid Zoom will give you longer. Not sure with GoTo Meeting.

Zoom is more one click. Just make sure people understand how to make sure their audio and visual are clicked on and they have the right audio setting. At least two people will mess up the first time.

Zoom is also easier to get on-boarded with, which has been a big part of its success.
So for lightweight orgs - zoom probably the way to go.
