Bowman faces serious Primary challenger

George Latimer was/is Westchester County Exec. Lots of name recognition in this district. Far from a shoe-in, though. The district is the southern part of Westchester, which includes some majority/significant minority black areas (Mt Vernon, New Rochelle, Yonkers).
Still it’s quite real.
