$200 billion!
That's a lot of money.
(NewsNation) — There’s a new push in Congress to finally hold those who committed fraud using COVID-19 pandemic relief funds accountable.
Florida Rep. Aaron Bean introduced the PPP/EIDL Fraud Report Act of 2023, otherwise known as the “We Want Our Money Back Act,” earlier this year, and now, a vote to pass the bill is coming in the House.
Over the years, more than $200 billion in coronavirus aid may have been stolen, according to a Small Business Administration (SBA) inspector general report.

I wonder how they define stolen. For instance, a financial management firm I know received half a million, when they were never in jeopardy of letting anyone go. The only impact was they had to work remote for a while. I suspect they used the money to remodel and expand their office space. Unethical? Yeah, probably, even given the givapalooza that went on. Illegal? Not sure.

Yet...We had two people in Louisiana arrested today on January 6 trespass charges.
You people need to understand the priorities of the Just-us Department.
