Made this today as I am the only one who will ever eat zucchini or summer squash.

No child would ever allow this to pass their lips. It's bland, bland, bland, bland. The plain oatmeal of vegetable soups.
SO.. I added salt, lots of fresh ground black pepper, a little curry powder and a healthy dash of cayenne. No it is enjoyable. I almost added coconut milk instead of buttermilk. If I had Thai yellow curry I would have.
