OK, so the photographers all knew it was going down, but US and Israeli intelligence were oblivious?
The spooks must be well shit.

Proving anything beyond “we were told to bring cameras and be at ______ the night before.” Would be a hard pull.
But, being an “independent” journalist at a location where this shit was going down and not trying to even protest let alone interfere? That’s inhuman.

I think some of the embeds with the US Troops back in the day were free lance as well. Don’t see a difference.
