You would not believe the amount of advertising for issue 1, abortion rights. Both sides are lying through their teeth.

I think Ohio’s current heartbeat bill, while emotionally appealing to me, goes too far. It was a mistake. But this change to our constitution is a horribly written piece of crap that will clog the courts with hundreds or thousands of suits.

        Can't you block these numbers?

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

I realize you can't do this because of your need to have your phone available for work contacts, but the iPhone has a neat feature whereby if the number's not in your contact list, it goes to voicemail.

You never even know about the phone call, other than the notification that you have voicemail.

You know what else would be a neat feature? Maybe creating a way that people that don’t want unsolicited calls and texts could sign up to “opt out” of receiving these messages. And if such a thing could be created, it would be really nice if politicians didn’t exempt themselves so they could break the spirit of the program, if not the actual program itself.

The fact that they care so little about the spirit of the law tells me everything I need to know. If they break this for their convenience, what else will they break? I am struggling over whether I am going to vote tomorrow, I am that pissed.
