      That is interesting. I wonder if the UK debt is so high because of rental costs. I believe that tuition over there is at a flat rate, so you pay the same whichever college you go to.

      Also, at least when Mrs. Phibes went, you weren't forced to pay back your debt if you earned below a certain amount, and I think you can write it off at some point.

      Back when I went, they gave us money to go - I actually finished college with money left over.

        I imagine people with kids have to worry about what a shit show making one's way in the world has become. Good luck ever buying a house, younger generations.

        Education is extremely important.

          I think they might go to school longer - to get more advanced degrees.

          Then there is the cost of beer and recreational drugs.
