That's around here. Houston is not a great area for public safety.
I wonder what a 90th percentile life outcome would be for someone that useless and stupid. Granted I'm assuming the uselessness and stupidity, but something tells me he has nothing to offer society, and little aptitude for learning anything to offer.

A Houston teen who admitted to randomly punching people at a local park for likes on social media has been awarded a bond (USD$30K) by the judge presiding over his case.
Alford Lasean Lewis was charged with assault with bodily injury and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon for the incidents involving two persons on Thursday, Oct. 26.
