The Florida Law of Numbers states that with any sufficiently large population, you're going to have dumb fucks making the news for all kinds of bad things on the regular.
What I'm outraged by is the increasing number of incidents of social media platforms hiding this kind of material (but not others), government and law enforcement seeming to do basically nothing to deter this kind of behavior, not really following up on what's basically Hitler shit here in America, etc.

Yes. I saw a clip of a "protest" in Britain. Police cautioned an observer to not display the Union Jack because it might be "inflammatory."

He's not telling them they can't wave it, he's telling them not to hang them over the barriers. I don't know the reason for the distinction, it kind of implies they were concerned about people interfering with the barriers.

"Wave" is waving the flag about. Like you're waving your hand, but you do it with a flag. The more boisterous folk might shout "Hooray", or other things as well.

"Wave" is waving the flag about. Like you're waving your hand, but you do it with a flag. The more boisterous folk might shout "Hooray", or other things as well.

It's worth remembering that the British police aren't blessed with the same firepower advantage that their American counterparts are given.
