Talks about the issue of employers requiring employees to sign some sort of COVIC-19 waiver, the different ways to go about it, what’s allowed, what’s not allowed, what legislative fixes might be in play, what’s good for society, etc.

This seems like something we obviously need, but it can’t just be a get-out-of-responsibility free card. It needs to be contingent on certain defined protocols being followed.
