Advair isn’t really a rescue inhaler. It’s a long acting steroid.

Yup.The advantage is that you shouldn't have systemic side effects of chronic steroid use.

@George-K Also, it massively prevents you from needing your rescue. Which is currently what the pills help me with.

I was on it for 8 years.
Some cube rat at the FDA, after reading this, raised his head and told the guy in the next cubicle, "Hey, Bill! Add "asshole" to that list of unexpected side-effects for hydroxychloroquine".
