Good friends from Pittsburgh coming tonight. Should be high hilarity and the wine will flow freely.

New Zealand Red Deer tenderloin with blackberry rosemary sauce

Brown butter sage mashed sweet potatoes

Hazelnut Green Beans

Apples and cheeses for dessert

Sounds great. I mean except the dessert, what a rip off. I prefer triple layer chocolate cake with a pint of ice cream.

Probably cast iron pan sear, oven finish. Gonna smoke a big chuck eye tomorrow.

My dinner will be beef ribs. Started these before bed last night.
