What do they say about tattoos above the neck line?

For someone who allegedly travels so much you sure say some ignorant shit.

    Please educate me.

There are a good plenty populations out there who practice getting "tattoos above the neckline" for cultural reasons. Both abroad and here in the U.S.

It's also a beauty time-saver for some women. Some get tattoos as permanent eyeliner or similar.

      Please love yourself.

True, however in these two cases neither low life even remotely looks like a Maoris or Inuit. They appear to be Caucasians of the White Trash tribe.

N.B. The writer loathes permanent tattoos of any kind on part of the human body. Bite me.

Florida man never fails to cooperate with police. This particular fugitive put up a sign in front of his house stating that he did not live there.

              https://www.foxnews.com/us/florida-college-student-arrested-banana-costume-allegedly-urinating-sidewalk

Police saw Kyle Mortimer, 20, in a banana costume as he urinated on a sidewalk in Key West, Florida, just across the street from a portable bathroom on Sunday at 1:15 a.m., according to an arrest affidavit.

When officers identified themselves and asked Mortimer to stop, he began "zig zagging" in order to prevent police from arresting him, the document states.

At least no face tattoos. LOL

The native peoples of Florida use the facial marking as a way to ward off Burmese pythons and elderly people, both of which are endemic to the local area. They have a local ceremony involving the marking of mysterious figures during which large quantities of cheap alcohol are imbibed, accompanied by ritualistic swearing and fighting.

Florida Woman - No face tattoo (well, don't know because maybe no face!)

A Florida woman was snorkeling with a friend at Alexander Springs Recreation Area over the weekend when a nine-foot alligator attacked her and bit her forehead, she told FOX 35. And a photographer nearby happened to snap photos of the immediate aftermath, including one that clearly shows an alligator lurking behind them.

Why in hell would anyone swim in fresh water in Florida?
