@Renauda I think you know my humor well enough to know that the UK thing was a joke. I might have followed it up with a joke about them being responsible for Celine Deon and Robin & Alan Thicke being unleashed upon the world…
But in all seriousness while there are a few modern western nations like France and the UK on the Council, are you going to deny that the council isn’t a cruel joke?

Not at all, UNHCR is joke and as you point out, a cruel joke. I did though in fact miss your intended humour re UK and France. My apologies.
As for Robin and Alan Thicke and Celine Dion, neither of those fine countries listed above bear any responsibility. The blame there rests entirely on a former colony of both.
