    "Now look here, you Baltic gas passer... " - Mik, 6/14/08

    The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

        From the tweet:

        Mauritania: 15,594
        Uzbekistan: 13,624
        Turkey: 30,830

        What's their beef with us? Turkey is a nominally a NATO ally and Mauritania and Uzbekistan barely register in US media (except for when that pizza guy who ran for President with a catchy 9-9-9 tax plan made himself look silly for botching a foreign policy question while mentioning "Uzbekisbekistan"). How come these folks are flagged as "special interest"?

          I have no idea, Ax. It's just bewildering, isn't it?
          Carry on, bud.

              @Axtremus

              I think Uzbeks just want to leave their dismal semi totalitarian homeland and live somewhere as far away as possible from Tashkent. The arid southwest of the US reminds them of home.

              Elbows up!
