They reworked the ticket prices and rules to make it so.

I think I've lost maybe $5 on the Powerball and haven't played in almost 10 years.

I didn't even know they changed the rules...

Jolly, you don't know what you're missing. Why don't you want to be rich, or at least somewhat wealthier? It's so easy to buy the tickets, I just don't understand some people.
