No he posted the death pics, (and a close up of teeth for ID) with the obvious hole in his forehead and the knee looking like he had an urgent knee replacement which was interrupted in the middle. Easy to find online.
There was a specific decision to publish the graphic pictures, usually these things are more difficult to find, like bootleg albums ( remember those?) but here the government wanted to stress the fact that he died like a rat alone and…well suffering. Population needed closure on this.

And:
Defiant to the end, Sinwar, who was injured and resting in a damaged armchair, threw a stick at the drone that was searching the building to find the last masked fighter.
The building was then shelled by tanks and missiles, killing Sinwar.
Note they skip over the fact that an Israeli sniper killed him before the building was shelled.
