Aging States Pay Young People to Stay

As a way to deal with having an aging population and declining tax base, states are offering monetary incentives to entice young people to stick around. Many states do this in the form of helping with student loan repayments. The report says 42 states already do some form of this.

Its not a bad idea. Similar to countries offering incentives to have more babies. Italy villages selling houses for 1 euro. Have to be creative and think "outside the box".
