    Interesting article

The crucial battles these days within the Supreme Court are among its six conservatives, not between them and the three liberals.

And the outcome in close cases now turns most often on one justice: Brett M. Kavanaugh.

Web pages that scroll to the side should be banned from the internet.

      Permanently.

Still, it’s a good article for those who consider the current scotus illegitimate.

Or for the cretins that used a pack of scandalous lies to try to ruin the man's reputation.

@Jolly said in Justice Kavanaugh taps the brakes on Supreme Court's sharp move to the right:

Or for the cretins that used a pack of scandalous lies to try to ruin the man's reputation.

I never understood that strategy. Apart from how disgusting it was from a human perspective, it just didn't make sense, as he really didn't appear that conservative politically. If they'd managed to stop his nomination, my guess is the replacement would have been considerably more right wing.

Obviously, dyed-in-the-wool Democrats aren't exactly known for their strategery. But still....

            I was only joking
