I walked into the story thinking it was ridiculous, but you know what? Those waterslides have gotten to be over the top and there is all kinds of opportunity for injury. If she was legitimately injured, then sure.

But the fact that they are only suing for $50K seems a little low. Especially for damage to internal organs.
