Ah c'mon, you can game it out much farther than that. What else happens when all the women start playing in the same pool?
Without those other guys in the pool, what happens to the ones who stay?
They learn very quickly that they can do any fucking thing they want. It won't matter because they keep getting sought after, and no amount of selfish, shitty, amoral behavior is going to put an end to that. It's not like you have to advertise to the world what a cretin you actually are, let them figure that out after you've hooked up a few times and then move on. The women will refuse to find a different social pool on which to draw and there are even fewer guys around then there used to be, thanks to them.
What's hilarious about this is that this is where "all men are dogs" feminist horseshit pretty much comes from. Sticking to the same kinds of social groups thinking the very particular sets of standards and beliefs that put them there is "the world."

Yes but much more efficient now. Different pools within towns allowed for more matchmaking. Now, there's what, 5 globally?

Until a certain age...At about forty for many of these guys, age discrimination starts to come into play.
