Well now a meme seems to mean a picture with words on it on the internet.
But if you go back to Dawkins’s coinage, the definition is “a unit of cultural replication”, analogous to a gene being a unit of biological replication.
So sure. It’s a meme.

Gee I’d don’t know, Russia tests more per million pop. As does the UK, hey even Israel tests more per million pop.

Seems like if you can't process a test in a a clinically useful timeframe it should be discounted.
I just had a whole battery of blood work done for my annual. Four separate tests two of which were panels - meaning multiple tests. I had all of it back in two days.
