“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

He has long demonstrated that peculiar gift of being a true believer in every mainstream cultural idea.

      Education is extremely important.

I actually met the guy once in France. He seemed a nice and thoughtful person though.

            Not at all.

I've talked to him twice at this point. He's a lefty Mainer through and through, so yeah, he's on the TDS bandwagon, but he's not a snob.

Also, that writer's a dipshit. Holly is a follow-up to the Bill Hodges story, which has always been heavily influenced by current events. It's not at all an outlier, especially for that series.

            Please love yourself.

Sorry, this was a little more obscure than usual.

Back in the day, Mr. King was known to be against the Viet Nam war

A Baltimore man and VP, Spiro Agnew used to call those anti-war types, especially 4Fs like Mr. King, "effete intellectual snobs".

I remember Mr. King this way.

Know anything about how he grew up? Or started his career? Have you read anything by him literally at all?

If you would, you'd know that he's political AF but by no means a snob.

                Please love yourself.

He appears to have gone from being dismissed as too lowbrow to being dismissed as being elitist.

                  No mean feat.

                  I was only joking
