Hey @Jolly, you coming around to the idea that "systemic racism" is real?
Oh no, we Republicans have long recognized and fought against Systemic Racism. Joe Biden’s segregationist policies and bills in the seventies were clearly an attempt to provide systemic roadblocks to minorities achieving better education. Clearly systemic racism. The Senate Judiciary Committee led by Senator Joe Biden that tried to derail the nomination of Clarence Thomas was another example of Systemic Racism that the Republicans had to overcome. There’s a lot of question about whether the Joe Biden Crime Bill signed into law by Bill Clinton was systemically racist, but I believe it was defended as being not inherently racist at the federal level, but led to racist enforcement at the city level by prosecutors such as Kamala Harris. Of course, the second worst example of Systemic Racism in my mind is the racism inherent in the policies that promote lowered expectations for “BIPOC”. Most of these policies have been promoted through the Department of Education which was founded by Jimmy Carter. The worst example of Systemic Racism is definitely the abortion policies that have resulted in the deaths of millions of African Americans through the efforts of Planned Parenthood and furthering the goals of noted racist and founder of PP, Margaret Sanger.
So yeah, I believe in systemic racism. I’m sure @Jolly does as well.

You forgot Miguel Estrada's nomination to the appellate court which was blocked because he was Latino.
Over a decade ago an inner office memorandum from Senator Durbin’s office that was not intended to be made public referred to a George W. Bush judicial nominee, Miguel Estrada, like this; “especially dangerous, because he has a minimal paper trail, he is Latino, and the White House seems to be grooming him for a Supreme Court appointment.”
