iOS 17 broke text box copy-and-paste in a spectacularly stupid way:

I upgraded to iOS 17 last night and now I cannot cleanly copy text from a browser’s text box; I get “%20” escape sequence in place of every blank space character. Why Apple breaks something so fundamental, so obvious, yet unable or unwilling to fix it in 17.1.1, we will probably never know.

Sounds like user error. I suggest reading the manual.
