        We’re actually getting a refund from our health insurance, since it’s a Maryland Employer plan and they have a law where if spending doesn’t pass a certain threshold then a refund has to be issued. As a company it looks like we will apply the refund to next year’s plan…

          The Affordable Care Act requires that healthcare insurers spend at least 80% of premium on medical care or they would have to refund the excess.
