Actually, if you'd listen to some of what he's proposed, he wants a 15% tax on corporations who will make their products in the U.S. vs 30 some-odd percent tax on companies that make product overseas and import the finished product
And we will never know whether it's cognitive decline or chronic moronity that prevents him from articulating this intelligibly.
It was articulated quite well, when I heard it.
Maybe it was here:

Or maybe it was at a rally...
Link to videoTrump and Vance are out there campaigning. They're talking to just about anybody that will listen. They're doing town halls, doing pressers, doing interviews, holding campaign rallies.
WTF is your candidate doing? Working on a new pancake recipe in her basement?

Collard greens in the bathtub.
I admit, I like a good mess of collard greens as well as the next person. With just a few drops of jalapeno sauce, hot cornbread and cold milk...It's pretty good eating.
Don't know how that equates with being the Leader of the Free World, though.
And on second thought, who washes their collard greens in the bathtub? You wash them in a foot tub or a wash tub if you're outside, almost always in the kitchen sink if you're inside. I have seen people do them in a washing machine, but that's with enough greens that you're fixing to can greens and you're working in volume.

He and President Biden is kind of like the old relative at a family gathering, who will tell a story that goes off in 27 different directions and has nothing to do with what was being talked about.
The relatives nod, smile, and pat him on the hands.

One thing I was wondering about: Given Trump's age, his overall (presumed) bad health, what are the odds that he would live through a 4 year term?
Are you kidding? In 2016 a renowned doctor proclaimed him to be the healthiest man to ever run for the presidency. There's no way he's declined that much in 8 years/

Avoid the question and repeat talk points. (To be fair to President Trump, VP Harris was the same during the debate)

Trump shows ignorance and confusion about geography and gender.

In the meantime, Kamala-lama-ding-dong has embarked upon a heavy interview schedule with a bevy of fawning hosts and still produces a glorious pile of unintelligible word salad.
The woman is a wine-swilling, incomprehensible idiot.
I suspect many Dems are pining to have Biden back, cognitive decline and all...

Speech in Detroit a couple of days ago.
Can some please translate into English that I can understand?
Many countries, they do that, and then all of a sudden you hear that theyâre leaving Milwaukee, or theyâre leaving wherever they may be located. Itâs very sad to see it⌠and itâs so simple. I mean, you know, this isnât like Elon with his rocket ships that land within 12 inches on the moon where they wanted to land, or he gets the engines back.â
âThat was the first I realized. I said, âWho the hell did that?â I saw engines about three, four years ago. These things were coming â cylinders, no wings, no nothing, and theyâre coming down very slowly, landing on a raft in the middle of the ocean someplace with a circle, boom.â
âReminded me of the Biden circles that he used to have, right? Heâd have eight circles, and he couldnât fill them up. But then I heard he beat us with the popular vote. I donât know. I donât know. Couldnât fill up the eight circles. I always loved those circles. They were so beautiful. It was so beautiful to look at. In fact, the person that did that was the best thing about⌠that level of that circle was great, but they couldnât get people.â
âSo they used to have the press stand in those circles because they couldnât get the people. Then I heard we lost. Oh, we lost. Now weâre never going to let that happen again, but weâve been abused by other countries. Weâve been abused by our own politicians, really more than other countries.â
