We are seeing more and more recreation, or tribute, acts. They try to recreate the music and as much as possible the visual of various live bands. Will this be how the music of our younger years stays alive, much as classical composers with symphonies?

Maybe there will covers of covers.

Like: do I just want to cover Bach? Heck no, I want to cover Glenn Gould’s cover of Bach.

Isn't there that saying, "Symphonies and orchestras are just 1800's cover bands!"

I wonder if some Beatle’s tunes, or at least the melodies, will, over time, morph into English folk songs. Many melodies from the past do just that.
