Should Police enforce mask compliance?

Doesn't seem like a good application at all for social workers, unless they can give you a ticket.
YARLY. If there's not
money to be maderevenue to be gathered, what's the point, after all? -
Miami police have a mask enforcement unit now. 39 people. 1000 bucks but no ride in an unmarked van.

Then where would they be used? This seems to be similar to responding to a domestic dispute, no?
I don’t see the similarities at all. This is more like a speeding ticket. I don’t need a nice lady to tell me not to speed (I have one of those in my passenger seat already). I need someone who can take money from me and put points on my license if I do it too often.

Maybe meter maids could do the job.

No, but they could give you a lecture on your responsibilities as a citizen. Perfect pplication for a social worker.
If you think social workers believe their ‘clients’ have responsibilities you probably haven’t met one in 30 years.
-
I’ll do it if they let me carry a taser...
-
That would be fun. You could just walk up to the maskless, put the taser inches from his eyes and say "MASK, BITCH! 5...4...3..."
-
Better yet, lets bring Harry Callahan out of retirement.

Public Safety Officer is all we need. Isn’t this the basis of the Portland protests and riots? Why do we need someone with a gun and looking military? I’m all in on bringing this to a head. Who has time for all this protesting in the streets nonsense. Let’s start rolling out in pilot cities and measure the results.
We have Camden as our proof point supposedly but everyone forgot all the real estate development that drove all this. Wonder if that Devo is still a tie into reform.

That is true, I haven't and I don't hang with them.

jon's right, they're not big on that. In fairness to them, though, their job is to help them with their rights, whatever that happens to be. (Yeah yeah I know, social workers can really do some damage sometimes because of the leverage they have.)
