      What the actual hell does that even mean?

      Does this decree by the Mexican Supreme Court allow abortions up to 39 weeks? That is the Democratic party's position - or at least that of some prominent Democrat politicians.

        Interesting. Well-heeled Mexicans used to fly to Dallas or Houston for such things.

        Now it might be the other way round.
