      My kind of town...

      I see a lot of finger-pointing at the current occupant of City Hall - "Let's go Brandon!"
      But Chicago's problems antedate his short stint so far.

      They begin at the Cook County States Attorney's office, where there is movement to minimize crime. I mean, you're suing car makers for theft of the cars, ffs.

      And then there's this:

      The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

        New Orleans has the same violence and murder problem. Even worse, by capita. Due to the same factors:

        1. Gang violence
        2. Minority culture
        3. Inbreeding of stupid people (yeah, I said it).
        4. Illegal drug trade
        5. Dissolution of the nuclear family
        6. Underpaid and corrupt police
        7. Elected officials that are not interested in anything but self.

          It might be a "culture" in NOLA, but it's not a fact.
