    It's a free speech issue?

My guess is it’s more about the porn warning page than it is about the age restriction.

About the "compelled speech" argument in this case, I wonder how it stacks up against the laws that require alcohol and tobacco products to list the Surgeon General's warnings on product packaging.

You spelled ‘Horace’ wrong. Ax doesn’t live in Texas.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The last time I had to verify my age was on Steam when I wanted to look at Baldur's Gate 3. The alphabet people agenda infiltrated that one, and whenever you find a companion in the game, of any gender, you end up either rejecting them cruelly or having glorious CGI sex with them. There's even a shapeshifting character who gets personal while in bear form. Or so I've read.

            Education is extremely important.

I believe there was a TON of litigation and shittons of scientific data directly tying smoking to health risks. The argument that porn leads to child abuse is a little less direct.

Ok...What happens if we can prove that certain types of porn lead to pedophilia and violence against men or women?

                      Just ask Ted Bundy.

At least Bundy was serious. Gacey was just clowning around.
