Sure, get them here. These are skilled workers that can advance the USA's semiconductor manufacturing, a national priority. Not only we want to bring them here, we also want to keep them here for the long haul (legal permanent residency, citizenship). They have already been highly educated and well trained, we're getting a good deal.
