As it sweeps through our area Sunday night, daytime temps will plummet to the high 90's and rain chances will soar to 20%. I'm considering getting my parka out of storage.
In other news, a local livestock sale barn had 2200 cattle go under the gavel last week. That's more than what they usually do in a month. Cows can't eat dirt. ...Talked to one of my buddies that moved to Missouri...He said that livestock feed sales are waay down...Ranchers and farmers are dumping critters. Good for consumers in the short run, bad for consumers in the long run...

We actually have gotten cooler… Last evening it got into the low 60s… Man, it was nice.
