Seen on my town's FB page.

"Just thought I would bump this topic to the top. DO NOT give your personal information (address/phone #) to people in this group claiming to do mobile detailing services. As you may have noticed, the newest one posted today turned off comments on their post so we can't warn others. Unless the post is from someone you know to be real...do not engage.

For those still reading and curious how the scam works...I'm guessing it goes something like this: They are adamant about getting your phone # when making a reservation. So that makes me think they are using that to reset your password on another site (Google, Facebook, etc.) When they do you'll likely get a 2-factor code texted to you...that's when they ask for the "confirmation number" "they" just sent you to confirm the appointment. From there they can change your password and take over your accounts. If you've been unfortunate enough to fall for one of these - please share your experience for the benefit of others (no judgment)."

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
