    https://oversight.house.gov/release/comer-seeks-nara-records-revealing-how-then-vp-biden-mixed-official-government-duties-with-familys-influence-peddling/

The Committee seeks unrestricted special access under the PRA to Case Number 2023-0022-F, entitled “Email Messages To and/or From Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden related to Burisma and Ukraine,” which has been published on NARA’s website. These records have been redacted for public release pursuant to the PRA and FOIA. For example, an email bearing the subject “Friday Schedule Card,” is withheld in part under a “P6” and “b(6)” restrictions, denoting personal information regarding the subject under the PRA and FOIA respectively. Attached to this email, and made available on the NARA website, is a document that indicates on 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2016, Vice President Biden took a call with the president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. It is concerning to the Committee, however, that this document was sent to “Robert L. Peters”—a pseudonym the Committee has identified as then Vice-President Biden. Additionally, the Committee questions why the then-Vice President’s son, Hunter Biden—and only Hunter Biden—was copied on this email to then-Vice President Biden.

To further our investigation, the Committee needs to review these documents in their original format. The Committee also requests access to certain other documents and information described below. Please provide these documents no later than August 31, 2023:

    The NY Post:

    https://nypost.com/2023/08/17/comer-demands-records-of-biden-using-pseudonym-while-vpcomer-demands-unredacted-records-of-biden-using-pseudonym-while-vp/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=nypost

Emails previously released by the Archives and retrieved from Hunter’s abandoned laptop reveal that Joe Biden used the email address “Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov” while he was President Barack Obama’s second-in-command and that his aide John Flynn cc’d Hunter on 10 emails containing the elder Biden’s daily schedule between May 18 and June 15, 2016.

Comer’s request covers records using Biden’s other known pseudonyms — “Robin Ware” and “JRB Ware” — and makes pointed requests for certain documents, such as drafts of Biden’s December 2015 speech to Ukraine’s parliament.

      5,400 emails

According to a conservative nonprofit, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) acknowledged being in possession of nearly 5,400 emails, electronic records, and other documents that would potentially show that Joe Biden used pseudonyms while emailing his son Hunter during his time as vice president.

The claim came after a Freedom of Information Act request made by the Atlanta-based legal advocacy group the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) in June 2022, the nonprofit organization said on Monday.

On the same day, SFL filed a federal lawsuit against NARA to obtain the thousands of emails in NARA's possession.

The emails, allegedly sent by the then-vice president using the three different pseudonyms, have recently come under scrutiny as the House Republican investigation continues over Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings.

Probably recipes and wedding plans, so it's all good.

BTW, that was a .gov account that Robert Peters was using.

I'm guessing they are primarily discussing weather.

Isn’t that just a way of saying “Joe has 5400 personal emails from his time as VP (~2 a day), but with a big spoonful of innuendo?

I mean, what’s the difference between me saying “I have 12,000 emails in my gmail account” and “I have 12,000 emails in my gmail account that could potentially show me plotting to kill Jodie Foster”?

Nonsense, the SLF seems to have done a fine job of it.

More than 1000 emails between Robin Peters & Co and Seneca Partners - Hunter's company.

                https://nypost.com/2023/08/30/1000-emails-exchanged-between-hunter-bidens-firm-and-vp-office/

The 861 emails that reference Rosemont Seneca were sent or received by the Office of the Vice President between January 2011 and December 2013, according to America First Legal, which obtained the messages from the National Archives and Records Administration and released them on Wednesday.

                Oh...

The White House refused to allow the release of 200 emails referencing Hunter Biden’s firm, citing executive privilege.

“Release would disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors,” NARA informed America First Legal in response to its records request.

Um...Biden wasn't president back then, but, whatever...

Hunter Biden and his business associates frequently used their direct line of communications with the Office of the Vice President to leverage access to the Obama White House, the trove of emails show.

White House guest lists, seating assignments, and biographies of guests for various official events, including the 2012 United Kingdom State Dinner, the 2013 Turkey State Luncheon and the 2014 France State Dinner, were shared with Rosemont Seneca employees.

One email contains an invitation forwarded to the White House for then-Vice President Joe Biden to attend an event at the UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations, and another invites then-second lady Jill Biden to participate in a World Food Program campaign.

Invitations from the White House for several events that Hunter Biden presumably attended or had requested tickets for guests for are also shown in NARA’s document dump.
