So Kemp is not under pressure.
The only pardoning in Georgia takes place 5 years after the sentence is completed. Sort of a clear the record after the fact.
Closest thing is a special medical release dispensation for people over 62 with certain medical issues. Not sure if obesity and bone spurs are enough.
At any rate there is no magic wand in the hand of the executive that can stop this from going to trial.

Yeah but I always give it six. My girlfriend is a decade younger than me.
