Look at the rankings. It's hardly a global sample and more or less 50/50 is hardly a glowing endorsement.

If you listen to British political comedy, they're typically a lot tougher on Biden than most Americans.
Most people think he's demented. They think much the same of Trump. The only difference is that Biden is friendly old demented grandad, Trump is demented evil miserable bastard ranting in the corner.
