    tl;dr version: The judge has a history of allowing extensions for motions, etc. going back many years. Extensions of a month or so are not uncommon.

    In this case, nope. One week.

        Trumps lawyers had time to do a full Ginsburg over the weekend, which didn’t help their case for an extension.

        If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

          I have come to the conclusion there should no longer be any Federal courts in Washington, except for SCOTUS.

            So that should affect the judge's decision...how, exactly?

            She gave a month's extension to a (real, actual) Russian spy, after all. Why does she like Russian spies?
